Create a blind deal profile for your sell-side opportunity.

Upload and attach deal-related documents, such as teasers, NDAs, financial statements, information memoranda, etc. and specify access permission (either 'open' or 'permission required') for each.

Add other members of your company to the deal team.

Specify whether you want to (i) run a private process or (ii) post your blind deal profile to the PE-Nexus Deal Marketplace.

Review strategic and financial suitor matches generated by PE-Nexus and selectively add them to your suitor list.

Can't find a suitor you are seeking? No problem. PE-Nexus let's you invite external suitors to participate in your online deal process.
